  • Joe is a 7 Year Ex-Amazonian (2014 - 2021), building his career and skillset through a variety of Sales, Marketing, and Management Roles within the Marketplace and Retail Organizations at Amazon.com. Direct experience includes launching/collaborating with over 500+ Brands of all sizes on strategic Amazon growth opportunities, leading Business Development for internal startups like Shop Local, and the Amazon Accelerator program, and consistently growing brands he/his team managed for the better part of a decade.  
     

  • As a Sr. Manager within the Strategic Account Services Organization for Beauty Vendors at Amazon, Joe was directly responsible for hiring and developing a team of 10-20 managers and account managers, overseeing $650MM in annual revenue while fostering and growing the business of the largest Beauty Brands in the world on Amazon.  
     

  • As VP of e-Commerce Marketplaces for L10 Brands (2021), Joe oversaw an organization of 20+ individuals, scaling 5 separate brands representing 60% of the company's top-line of sales, and a $10MM+ annual advertising budget. Within the first 3 months, his efforts led to generating a profitable weekly sales increase of 200%+.

  • Growth Marketing Strategist specialized in applying the latest Digital Marketing techniques to improve rankings and sales, while developing owned assets such as Email, SMS and Facebook Messenger lists (25K+ subscribers).
     

  • As VP of Demand Generation for L10 Brands, Eddie ranked to the top of page 1 over 50 products and delivered a framework for post-purchase email marketing campaigns expected to add an additional 20%-30% of additional revenue over 1 year for a catalog of 3 flagship brands consisting of 1K+ SKUs and $100MM+ in annual e-Commerce revenue.
