How We Work

Every Promise.
Owned and Tracked.

Most agency failure is not a blow-up.It is a promise made in week one that is invisible by week three.

FROM PROMISE TO PROOFNothing disappears.
THE COMMITMENT“I’ll send the revised plan.”
OWNERNamed personDUEAgreed date
AcceptedIn progressConfirmed done

Overdue and unmentioned?
Flagged as lapsed. Still visible.

Illustrative workflow. Every item keeps its record.

HOW A PROMISE DISAPPEARS
“I’ll get that to you.”A promise in a meeting.
No named owner. No date. No follow-through.
Forgotten.Still owed. No longer discussed.

The Failure Nobody Reports

Forgotten Promises
Are Still Broken Promises.

A meeting ends. Someone promised a plan. Three weeks later, nobody remembers who owes it or when it was due.

That is not progress. It is a forgotten commitment.

We call an overdue, unmentioned item Lapsed. It stays on the record until somebody explicitly resolves it.

Our Core Values

Accountability You Can See.

Named owner. Clear deadline. Visible outcome.

Ownership

Own the next move.

Every outcome keeps a named owner, even when work is delegated. Only a named external dependency can block progress. Silence never closes an overdue promise; it stays visible as lapsed.

Clarity

Define the promise.

Ownership defines responsibility. A commitment states the promise; a deliverable names the work, scope and deadline. Missing owners, dates or definitions of done are flagged the same day. Unowned work needs a decision, not another reminder.

Evidence

Keep the record honest.

Every commitment links to the original quote, speaker and timestamp. No owner or deadline is invented. Completion needs explicit confirmation; replaced and cancelled commitments keep their history. An executive reviews the record before you receive it.

The Proof

Every commitment has a visible state.

Tracked Accountability uses eight clear states. Nothing silently disappears.

Open
Accepted; not yet due.
In progress
Active work reported.
Blocked
Named external dependency.
Completed
Explicitly confirmed done.
Superseded
Replaced by a new commitment.
Cancelled
Explicitly called off.
Ambiguous
Owner, scope or date unclear.
Lapsed
Overdue and unmentioned.

Our Core Values · Follow-Through

Arrive Ready to Act.

Every meeting starts with what changed, what is due and what needs a decision.

Review the commitments

What was delivered? What is at risk or already missed? The record makes the next action visible.

Make your part clear

We identify what is waiting on you and the decision needed to move forward. You should never have to reconstruct the last conversation.

THE PRE-CALL BRIEF
DeliveredAt riskMissedWaiting on youDecisions needed

The same questions, answered before every call.

Recording and Scope

What Gets Summarized.

Calls about your account are recorded and summarized so that commitments can be traced to what was actually said. You are told before any call is recorded, and the boundary is set in advance rather than case by case.

Summarized

  • Client and prospect calls about the account
  • Vendor and partner delivery calls
  • Internal execution on client work
  • Onboarding and handovers
  • Quarterly business and performance reviews

A Test You Can Run Today

Ask Your Current Agency These Three Questions.

What do you owe me right now?

Not what is on the roadmap. What was promised, by whom, and on what date.

Which of those are overdue?

And by how long. A number, not a reassurance.

What is waiting on me?

The things you have asked us for that we have not sent, with the date you asked.

We answer all three from a single question, in about the time it takes to read this paragraph. If your current agency cannot, that is not a reporting gap.It is the reason things go quiet.
