Secondary Marketplaces

Prove the Model.
Then Expand It.

Amazon is where we go deepest. When it is running properly, these are the channels that most often earn the next increment of your attention, along with Target Plus and Mercado Libre.

The Order Matters

A second marketplace multiplies whatever your catalog discipline already is, in both directions.

If titles, variations and imagery are inconsistent on Amazon, opening a second channel does not diversify the problem, it duplicates it. We would rather fix the first channel and then extend it than run two accounts that both need rebuilding.

Walmart Marketplace

Item setup, content, search and sponsored placements, plus the fulfilment decision between WFS and seller-shipped.

Wayfair

Home and furniture, sold on a wholesale model rather than a marketplace one. Margin, freight class and returns behave differently enough that the Amazon playbook does not transfer.

TikTok Shop

Discovery-led rather than search-led, so the creative and the affiliate relationships do the work your keywords do on Amazon.

Target Plus

An invitation-only marketplace with a curated assortment. Fit and readiness matter more here than volume, and we will tell you if you are not a candidate.

Mercado Libre

Latin America's largest marketplace, with its own listing, logistics and reputation mechanics. Not a translated copy of your Amazon catalog.

One Catalog, Many Channels

Product data governed once and pushed out, so a change to a spec or a claim does not have to be made three times and get made twice.
